This family lives in North Carolina and their daughter Addison always sleeps together with the family dog named Raven as shown here in the photo.

Addison and Raven almost always sleep together like they are the two best friends in the world!

Actually, our dog Raven was rescued from a facility of homeless pets looking for a new home, a new family and a new life 10 years ago. Raven is a now a very important member of our family. “We gave Raven a new house to live in. However, we’ve gotten so much love and happiness from Raven that is just impossible to measure that we will always be thankful.”

I think that the decision of becoming a foster parent from this facility and giving a deserving pet a new home and a new chance of happiness should be considered by more people. It truly is a win-win scenario for both pet and family.
