A Portuguese man who had been diagnosed with “muscular dystrophy” (MS) and had been in a wheelchair for the past 43 years was discovered to have a different medical condition and can now walk on his own! Apparently, he had been suffering from a different condition called “myasthenia gravis” and with the proper medication and treatment, he is now able to walk on his own again!It is becoming a huge topic of discussion with online viewers everywhere!

Ruffino Bollego is a 61-year-old man who lives in the southeastern part of Portugal his entire life and was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy at a hospital in Lisbon at the age of 13 and had been consigned to using a wheelchair for over four decades.

In 2010, a neurologist examined Mr. Borrego again and determined that he had been misdiagnosed and was actually suffering from a medical condition called “myasthenia gravis” which dramatically weakens the muscles.
