This event took place about one year before the actual wedding was to take place.Todd Bachman is Brittany’s birth father and was entitled to walk his daughter down the aisle! In a surprising gesture, Brittany’s father invited her step-father to join them at the alter! The people at venue were in shock at the unexpected development and many of the family and friends were in tears and touched by the heartfelt gesture! Bachman had decided to walk down the aisle of the wedding along with Brittany’s step-father even though their relationship with each other had not been very good in recent years.

Mr. Bachman later described his decision to include his daughter’s step-father in this special moment of the wedding “as the best moment of my life.”
