Here is an unusual horse race that took place in the UK recently which involved a unique combination of horses and riders. Instead of large thoroughbred horses, a small pony was featured in the race along young children as the riders!

A pony can move quickly even with short legs as shown below.

Wow! they are surprisingly fast!

The end of the race looks just a regular horse race.

Though the overall speed of the race is dramatically slower than with regular horses, it is still surprisingly fast nonetheless.

The cute size of the Pony, the adorable size of the children and the high level of riding ability is quite nice to see!
