Here is an unbelievable video which was shot on board a passenger airliner in the United States as smoke has filled the flight cabin as passengers are wearing oxygen masks and preparing for a potential crash landing! This spectacular situation occurred on September 18th on JetBlue Flight 1416 from Long Beach to Austin as one of the plane’s engines exploded causing smoke to enter the passenger’s cabin and cause a lot of concern among them.

As you watch this 79-second video, you will notice that the passengers are not in panic as smoke billows into the flight cabin area. One of the passengers even smiles into the camera! It is quite surreal.

Emergency landing.

Since one of the airplane’s engines had exploded during the flight, an emergency landing was necessary and the plane was able to land safely with no injuries to the passengers and crew.

Even celebrities to passengers.

In fact, the “Twilight” movie series actor named “Jackson Rathbone” was a passenger on this flight and wrote down his account of this near fatal experience on his website.

“I was flying to Austin from Long Beach on the this flight when the right engine exploded and the cabin began to fill up with smoke. The flight attendants were great and helped a lot of people access their oxygen masks. There was a lot of turbulance as the plane was on only one engine. I am glad that I could survive this situation.
