First, cut a line completely around the center of the potato as shown in the photo.

Then, boil the potatos in water in a pan for a few minutes as this loosens the skin.

After boiling, remove the hot water from the pan and fill up the pan of potatoes with cold water. Let the potatoes stand for a while to cool down slightly.

After that, the skin can easily be removed from the potato by hand!
