This courageous little boy is named “Ryan” who has suffered through several bodily injuries in his young life and has had to undergo surgery on nine separate occasions already!

These heartwarming photographs were taken just after his most recent operation and next to him is his favorite stuffed animal of “Mike Waszonski” from the movie “Monsters Inc.” has been his constant companion throughout his life! This doctor allows children to keep their favorite toys with them as part of the healing process and his kind and gentle approach has become a big topic of discussion with online viewers everywhere!
