In one of their songs, some lyrics about these traumatic experiences describe that type of discrimination.
“Really become painful, when you said that you were bullied and you wanted to talk to someone. To Daddy, crying, crying, tears did not stop.”
Leonard and Charlie met and formed “Bars & Melody” and soon developed their own unique style of upbeat and positive music.
“There should be more hope in the world and we try to express our hearts everyday.”
Some judges on the TV program had tears in their eyes as they watched and listened to their songs.
The audience gave them a standing ovation.
