A 32-year-old waiter named “Kasey Simmons” lives and works in the state of Texas at a popular restaurant recently received an enormous gratuity from a mysterious customer for a random act of kindness that created a huge buzz with only viewers everywhere who were impressed with this true story of the power of kindness creating unexpected rewards!

On a typical day while working as a waiter at Appleby’s Bar & Grill Restaurant, a woman came in and proceeded to order ordered the lowest price beverage on the menu at a price of just 37 cents. She soon left the restaurant and left the payment on the table. When Simmons checked the payment, he was stunned to find that the woman had left an enormous tip on the table! A total of USD $500 dollars” in casino chips! It was shocking to see so much money for such a small order!

The tip was a thank you from the day earlier.

The day before, Mr. Simmons seems to have been concerned about an elderly women who apparently felt depressed while in line at a cash register at a neighborhood supermarket. Mr. Simmons stopped and attempted to cheer her up and even paid for her groceries.

The very next day, an unknown woman left him with a USD $500 tip and a letter. A message directed to Mr. Simmons was written on the napkin placed on the table.

According to the letter written on the napkin, it seems that the woman who gave this tip apparently was the daughter of the woman whom Mr. Simmons assisted at the supermarket the previous day.

“Thank you for encouraging my mother yesterday as she was depressed by the 3rd anniversary of her husband’s death yesterday. Besides paying for her groceries, you talked to her and your kindness actually made her smile! I have not seen my mother’s smile for a long time since my father died, but Thanks to you I could see my mother’s smile. Thank you.”

Kasey Simmons was eventually interviewed on “CNN” for displaying kindness to a stranger in need!

This is such a very wonderful story full of kindness and appreciation and one hopes that more people will follow this man’s example in the future!
