A blind owl that was discovered in California had Eyes so beautiful that they looked like shining stars in the universe. The name “Zeus” was given to the owl since his eyes reflected an almost angelic beauty worthy of the King of the Gods of Greek mythology.

Zeus, a blind screech owl was found injured in a Southern California house and was rescued by a professional team of animal lovers. Since it is was unable to return to nature, it is now kept in the Wild Animal Learning Centre which was founded by Paul Hahn.
