86-year-old James Pinega had broken his hip while helping a friend and had to have surgery to replace his hip. His 85-year-old wife Colleen was visiting her husband who unexpectedly had complications following his operation and was in serious condition. The loving couple were spending some precious time together when James was suddenly inspired to sing their favorite song to his adoring wife as a way to express his love to her after 66 years of marriage together.

This poignant moment was captured on video and it is one of the most touching scenes between a couple who could be spending their final moments together.
