A married couple recently visited a zoo and visited the orangutan enclosure. His wife is pregnant and while standing near the glass window of the enclosure, she caught the attention of one of the orangutans inside…

The orangutan got up and approached the woman’s stomach.

And, the orangutan “kissed” the woman’s belly through the glass of the enclosure. It was an adorable gesture!

It also put its hand on the glass near her belly and kissed the glass several times.

This orangutan seemed to understand the woman’s pregnant condition and showed it happiness and reverence for the baby inside!

“Orangutans” are also known as “forest people” and appear to have a deeper understanding of their environment which is quite similar to people. Orangutans are truly beautiful creatures that I love.
