Johnny Depp was in Queensland, Australia, shooting the movie sequel of “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” surprised children at a hospital in Brisbane wearing the costume of “Captain Jack Sparrow” as shown in the photo above.

Children were surprised to see Jack Sparrow, and were happy to take photos, get a hug or a short chat with the the movie star.

Depp and other performers of the cast visited the kids and numerous photographs were taken including a photo of Max Bennett, a 7-year-old patient with Johnny Depp dressed in costume as “Captain Jack Sparrow”. He took a video with Max after this meeting and Depp has continued to be in contact with the young child showing a kindness by the famous actor.

Johnny Depp received a lot of praise from all over the world for this gracious use of his time and surprise visit to a hospital of sick kids was a wonderful gesture well received by a lot of people.
