An Akita is a breed of dog which originated in northern Japan and these wonderful animals are famous for their protective instincts. Here is a video and images that shows a dog attacking a TV screen in the home of his owner after seeing a program featuring close ups of a bear in the wild. It seems that the natural instincts of the dog took over and he believe that his owner was in danger.
