A sudden and fierce thunderstorm occurred recently in the city of Denver, Colorado in the United States. This torrential downpour produced large amounts of rain and hail but the real dilemma was the fate of a dog who had been tied up outside to a tree and was left abandoned by his owner throughout most of the storm.

Here is a woman who rushes out into the storm and removes the collar of the dog!

The woman quickly runs back to the house but the dog remains standing by the tree. He appears to be determined to remain outside in the rain!

However, the woman soon returns to fetch the dog inside!

She finally guides the dog into the house. The rescue mission has ended!

Both are now safe inside and out of the storm!

Perhaps this woman is not the owner but who felt sorry for the stranded animal and give him shelter until the actual owner arrived. Kindness towards animals in need is wonderful to witness!

I am glad that someone attempted to help out this animal in the pouring rain!
