Here are some young children who have been blindfolded and are tested to see if they are able to locate and select their own mothers from a line up of six women. A video of this experiment was taken to show whether these children could achieve the objective as they are deprived of their sense of sight and need to rely mainly on their sense of touch and smell to find their mothers.
The Start of the Experiment.
A line up of six anxious mothers are lined up for the experiment.

Here are the children who have been blindfolded to participate in the experiment.

The girl shakes her head as she eliminates one of the women in the line up. “This person is different!”

The blindfolded girl reaches out to touch the hand (and jewelry) of one of the women as a way to identify her mother.
She finds her mother by finally stroking the face and touching noses!

A mom shows tears of joy and relief that her daughter was able to identify her!

Here some other children participating in the experiment.
Here is a young boy who is touching the hair of one of the mothers. Children in the experiment would touch the forehead, stomach and would even hold hands until they could identify their mom from the line up.

All of the children were able to find their moms in the line up!

This experiment was very interesting as the children could find out their mothers despite being deprived of sight. This clearly shows the special love and bond that moms have with their kids. Mothers will always views their children as young kids even after they grow up to be adults. Please enjoy watching this experiment in the video below.
